Foreigners Everywhere

Hakuba is fast becoming the international ski destination that it always deserved to be. There are foreigners walking around everywhere in town at the moment. I'm guessing most of them are working for accommodation or ski schools as thats really the only jobs they can do here. It is heartening actually because every great ski town needs the ski bums to keep the place going, provide atmosphere and action!!
They're usually the best riders on the hill on any given day and serve your beer/dinner for you in the evenings with a well earned smile.
