Blue Skies in Hakuba

Well it's been a while and no complaints from me but it really is nice to wake up and look out the window of your accommodation and see blue skies!! After 10 days or so of intermitent snowfall we have had over a metre of snow in my carpark here at Snowbeds and the base is looking good on the hill already. The crowds have just starting to drift into Hakuba over the last week so it's a great start to another Japanese ski season!
