We arrived home early Wednesday morning from our ski trip to Hakuba and wanted to say a huge "Thank You" for all you organised for us and to tell you we had the time of our lives. We never imagined how beautiful Hakuba really is or what a great time we would have. The chalet was just gorgeous and everything just fell into place so wonderfully. One day Peters ski jacket zip broke and the guys at the ski shop swapped it over in an instance. I hope I go back there one day. I loved the place, loved the snow and feel like I dreamt the holiday. Also pass on our thanks you's to Mitch, he was wonderful as well.
I can't stress enough what a wonderful time we had. I will recommend you guys any day.

The chalet (Chalet Snowbeds) is fantastic, roomy and in a great location, our kids really enjoyed having some English TV to watch as well. Sandy and I couldn't get over how smoothly everything went using Snowbeds Travel from the booking to being picked up at Nagano, Mitch helping with our gear hire when we arrived and arranging for the transfers back to Nagano. If we hadn't stumbled across your website we would probably still be trying to sort everything out.

Our Snowbeds Travel experience was great! Before we left, Tina's help and advice for planning our trip was awesome, and the price was very competitive. When we got to Hakuba, we stayed at Echo Hotel, and the staff there were the nicest I'd ever come across. They always went out of their way to help us, and they even helped us plan a surprise birthday cake for one of our friends!

We had an awesome time in Hakuba. Although, I have been there before, this time round seemed much more relaxed and comfortable.
