We found the chalet to be very comfortable and the location was superb. however all of these things could have been achieved by anyone. Our trip was amazing, we had the best time in Hakuba. We were so impressed with our accommodation and the services provided to us there. The owners were so lovely and willing to help with anything we asked. They always drove us out to the ski fields and to go get groceries and anything else we needed. I was sick one night and they drove us down to the pharmacy and then dropped me out to the ski fields later the next morning after everyone had already gone. We really were amazed with how well they treated us all.

Everything we organised with you too worked out perfectly. You were so helpful in organising everything for us and we had absolutely no trouble with any of the arrangements. Everything worked out perfectly once we were there and it was all so well organised we didn't have to worry about anything while we were there.

I will definitely recommend your services and the accommodation we stayed in to anyone I know going to Japan. I've travelled a fair bit and it was definitely the best holiday I've been on we absolutely loved it!

Earlier this year we arrive back from Japan. Firstly thank you Tina for helping us organise the snow component of our trip. The Echoland Hotel in Hakuba was exactly what we wanted - great.

Unfortunately I was quite sick while in Hakuba and only managed a small time on the slopes. I wanted to pass on my extreme thanks to Mitch and the girls at Echoland Hotel. Both went above and beyond the call of duty getting me to the chemist and the doctor [and interperating!]. I would not have been able to get through without them.

Our trip to Hakuba was awesome!!!!! I've never been in that much snow before. Accommodation was fantastic and the hosts we're excellent , they were very helpful. The whole package was just great. We were only there for nine days but for the four of us we had the best boarding we've ever had in unreal conditions!!! Hakuba Valley is such a beautiful place, We are definitely going back in the near future.

the accommodation was awesome for the price, the owners of the hotel were far friendlier than they needed to be, but that's what you get in Japan, the service there was awesome.

all in all we cant say a single bad thing about whole experience organised through you guys. even lost my ski pass on the second day and had it recovered through the help of you guys.
